- Remote or Restricted Areas: Certain remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options or incur additional fees. If your location falls into this category, we will notify you before processing your order.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
2. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, destination, and courier rates. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Johannesburg and Surrounding Areas: 2–5 business days.
- Nationwide Deliveries: 5–7 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Holiday and Peak Season Delays: During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery timeframes may be extended slightly.
4. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
